2 weeks and counting ...

2 weeks from today, our intrepid "racers" will be in Sri Lanka and getting to grips with their tuk-tuks as part of an initiation / acclimatisation day. I am reliably informed that these machines have a bit of kick to them and also are notoriously easy to roll if cornering too fast. So, it will be back to school for a day, no doubt weaving inbetween cones and reversing into painted squares ! Provided we can convince the organisers we are capable drivers, it will be off and into it the very next morning.

The excitement levels have gone up a few levels with the publishing of the web-site and Facebook page this week. Great to see lots of initial interest, don't forget to submit Competition Entries - we want as much of an interactive experience as we can get. This time next week should see even more excitement with the final production / alteration of costumes due - look out for pics once they are ready !

In the meantime, we are welcoming all messages and suggestions - for example, we're happy to accept "mini-challenges" along the way (provided within reason) and we'll photograph and post as evidence of completion.
